About True Rocks
True Rocks is a unique rock ’n’ roll meets Kitsch designer Jewellery brand started by Emily Bradbury and Dawn Hindle (director of Pikes Hotel & Ibiza Rocks) known for its collaborations with people who inspire them in the art, music, fashion and theatre world. The most notable collaboration was with YBA artist Gavin Turk with ‘Bitten’ Rich Tea Biscuit necklace’ which has since been adorned by renowned actors such as Idris Elba and Lily Cole.
Andrew Keates Comments:
“I met Emily at one of True Rocks infamous pop up parties at the Groucho, Soho and was inspired by their eclectic range of lifestyle Jewellery and in particular her iconic range of pills. You can’t walk around Soho without seeing one of Emily’s pieces. We discussed how a pill a day keeps me alive, healthy and unable to pass on HIV and how open I am about my status. I hope that this will provoke conversation and awareness and to encourage people to own their status.”
Emily Bradbury Comments:
“We are introducing two new pill shapes inspired by the shapes & colours of HIV antiretroviral pills and PrEP. Each piece is cast in solid sterling silver, Rhodium plated, & finished in 18ct gold plate & exquisite enamel engraved or embossed with HIV+ and PrEP inscriptions. We are proud to be supporting Terrance Higgins Trust and are donating 20% of net profits.”
